Lately

Here are a few pics of our sweet guy lately (well, like early fall).

Chowing down!

Got the long haired look going on.

The new shoes he got for his bday! Matching with mommy and daddy!

Some have said he looks like a toddler James Bond.

Nana got him his first magazine subscription. Good ol highlights magazine!

This has been such a fun age with H, we are really enjoying it. He's talking so much and saying such funny things. A few that come to mind:

-he calls his teddy bear "tebby" (combining teddy and bear)
-he will randomly say things are "delicious" while eating
-now that it's Christmastime he's been repeating us saying merry Christmas. "Merry Chris-man!"
-whenever he sees the UNC logo he says "ball game!"
-I don't know why but lately after he laughs he sighs and says, "oh my goodness!"
-I think he learned it from a Mickey Mouse episode (which he's still obsessed with) but sometimes he'll just say "that's so tricky!" Um, ok buddy.

Such a funny boy!

cute pics

Aaannd back to Harrison. Here are a few cute pics from Josh's phone (these are from the fall). This little sweetheart just melts his mama's heart!

one of his favorite places, running around the fountain at Brixx

Not optimistic that this video will work, haven't tried to post one before. If it does work, it's harrison reciting his sunday school questions (Who made you? God. What else did God make? All things.)

This boy loves his bath! (it looks freaky cause his hands were moving)

Doing his work!

Ready for bedtime!

Pics of the rest of the fam

Well, this blog has pretty much been hijacked by cute pics of Harrison. And I'm totally ok with that. But thought I'd put a few recent ones up of Josh and I. After all this is Mr. and Mrs. Smith the blog :)

Over the summer and early fall we got to have a few dates and I remembered to take pics of! Here's one of us on a date night at summer project in Charleston. (Sidenote- we are headed back to Charleston this summer again. Woo hoo! Josh will be doing OPS again- operations, which means handling a lot of the hotel details, finances for the project, etc).

One of the many weddings we attended this summer. I think we had 3 in one weekend!

In August we got to see the Lion King in Charlotte. It was awesome! Thankful for this man I get to spend all my days with!

Harrison turns 2!

Hard to believe our little baby is not a baby anymore but a two year old! We celebrated with Granny and Papa Q in Kansas at the end of July, Nana on our DC trip and then with Gammy and G-Pa after we got back from Kansas. This boy got a lot of good cake! Here are a few pics from the last party. Gammy made him this cool cake, complete with Teddy Grahams and goldfish for decoration!

On his actual Bday we had to give him one more cupcake. Really it was just a good excuse for all of us to eat Cafe Carolina cupcakes.

For his bday he got a red tricycle, a Cars tent, a curious george stuffed animal and a hammer set (to name a few!). We had a great time celebrating these two sweet years!
